Allora, volevo sapere se i vari adattatori per attacchi manubrio da 1 1/8

sono compatibili in qualche modo con i dadi dello sterzo delle bmx (quelli con il buco per il cavo del freno)

P.S.: vorrei montarlo su una vecchia mtb con serie sterzo da 1".

intendi il dado col foro per farci passare il cavo del freno anteriore?

assolutamente NO visto che l'adattatore in questione è pieno
