Come ampiamente detto, se l'oggetto e fatto in UK, negli interscambi con l'EU, non vi sono dazi di sorta, ne tantomeno quel 4,7% citato nel messaggio;
per la questione "admin fee" questa dovrebbe corrispondere allo sdoganamento, ma, poichè se l'artefatto è autoctono, non è soggetto a dogana, non dovrebbe sussistere.
Nota l'uso del condizionale, qui sopra.
A naso, mi sa di quei "concern" tipo quelli che producono in mainland China, ed hanno magazzini a Taiwan, per far figurare che si esporta da li, e non avere le merci assoggettate all'antidumping.
P.S. Quel "we will try and process your frame again very soon!" non mi sembra lessicalmente conforme, al linguaggio commerciale, tipicamente usato da una persona born and raised in the UK; Questione di poiccolissime sfumature, having dealt with a lot with UK companies.
