 I'd actually like to know what brand and model the handlebar is as i assume it has around 26mm clamp diameter?

​yes, this is 50km far from Moscow. It is Station to reseach fireballs,lightnings and everything what connected to. Equipment from DDR.

​yes, it is) this RiGi has all the titanium parts where it possible - BB spindel, hubs and pedals axles, even chainring and stem bolts. Very light carbon saddle and seatpost and frameset for sure  - 2100gr.
