RACE FORMATS

This year all riders will be able to ride a time trial, points race and – last but not least – a crit. The riders collect points in every discipline.

Warm-Up:

Open for all riders to get to know the course.

 

Time Trial:

There are heats with 10 riders each. You start all together and you have just one lap to get a good time on the track. According to your lap time you will be ranked in the next race. Your position in the head doesn’t matter.

 

Points Race:

A sprint is held every four laps, with 5, 3, 2, and 1 point(s) being awarded to the top four finishers in each sprint, with double points for the final sprint. The winner of the race is the one to have the most points at the end of the race.

 

Crit:

The only thing that counts is the final sprint.

 

RACE CIRCUIT

The course is technical with sharp turns and hairpins and a total length of 1000m. It is located on the Tempelhoferfeld in Berlin.

 

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Fixed gear bike

Drop bars with bar tape and bar ends – no riser, no bull horn

No brakes

18 spokes minimum // no tri-spokes, no discs

Clipless pedals with proper cleats – no platform pedals

Recommended gear ratio: 48×15 (beginner) // 50×15 (pro)

Non sono sicuro al 100%, nei prossimi giorni chiedo meglio.

in teoria:

t shirt, poster, borraccia, cycling cap, barretta, polverina isotonica, caccia copertoni, mini tool adesivi e boh... l’anno scorso mi sembra ci fossero queste cose.

Se anche i premi fossero quelli della scorsa edizione dovrebbe essere al primo/a una bici completa con ruote dtswiss (come quelle del team 8bar).

come detto aggiornerò appena ne saprò di più.
