Ciao a tutti quanti, volevo chiedere ai + esperti, se sarebbe meglio spostare la sella in avanti o in dietro per agevolare la frenata o non so. Grazie

la sella lasciala nella posizione ottimale per la pedalata, poi se vuoi frenare/skiddare sposta il peso verso il manubrio... e questo potrai farlo indipendentemente dalla posizione della sella...
