dipende dal tempo che ho io e dal tempo meteo... diciamo che nella bella stagione tra uso urbano e uscite più serie sto sui 300km, forse anche qualcosa in più...

sto sui 500km al mese, percui diciamo circa 130...però cerco di non mollare mai anche d'inverno...

con la bella stagione diciamo 4/500 a settimana in inverno meteo permettendo qualcosa meno..rimpiazzando le giornate perse con un pò di rulli

quando ero un baldo giovane e correvo seriamente ero arrivato in 10 mesi e mezzo a 21000 Km, ora che sono un pippone sto tra i 130 ed i 200 a settimana...
