Non so se è il posto giusto ma vi chiedo una info tecnica.

Ho trovato un telaio Wilier acciaio columbus Nemo e i forcellini posteriori sono come quelli che allego in foto. Sono normali? Premetto che nella mia ignoranza non ho mai visto forcellini fatti in quel modo e ne conoscosolo del del tipo saldato. Mi chiedo ma sono avvitati, incastrati, reggono...?  E in generale del materiale columbus nemo non ho trovato molto in giro, cosa ne pensate per un uso cittadino? Grazie
