telaio corsa o turismo?

Ciao, ho visto un telaio usato Columbus Gara ben tenuto a 40 euri con forca Columbus pure lei.

Ho notato però che sotto il tubo orizzontale, saldata al tubo dello sterzo, c'è un'appendice conica penso per l'alloggiamento della pompa. Questo telaio è nato per una bici da turismo oppure la soluzione era adottata anche per quello da corsa?
