Salveggente!

Mi han suggerito (persone oculate) di chiedere a Voi, suggerimenti sul rapporto da utilizzare nella nostra Capitale ... che è al quanto piena di salite e discese ... diciamo in egual numero.

Che usate/consigliate?

[sono un noob della fissa ... ma cicloturismo in mtb sempre a roma]
