lo coloro o no?

ciao a tutti sto convertendo un telaio da strada per cercare di tirar fuori qualcosa di simile a questa senza spendere troppi soldi (visto che sarebbe una terza fissa da usare occasionalmente):

secondo voi se lascio il telaio "grezzo" (dandogli solo una mano di trasparente) e faccio la forca nera, ci può stare come accostamento di colori? (quello dell'immagine non capisco se sia cromato o no)

poi volevo sapere se un carro da 46 cm era eccessivo o comunque utilizzabile per fare qualcosa...
