A quanto equivalgono in mm le misure S-M-L delle gabbiette?

Esiste uno standard? Oppure dipende dal produttore?

Le All-city sono 70mm la L e 60m la M...

Al momento le gabbiette che ho su mi vanno lunghe, ma non ho idea di che taglia possano essere! Volevo misurarle per avere un paragone.. Nel caso da dove le misuro? Dall'interno? Dall'esterno? O non cambia molto?
