Ciao, un'amica mi ha chiesto un parere su questa bici, la vuole regalare al ragazzo..

io di bici da corsa non capisco proprio niente, da quello che si vede in foto ha un pò di problemini ai freni e monta dei tubolari (giusto)? Più o meno secondo voi quanto potrebbe costare risistemarla?
