Telaio pista sconosciuto (medalist?)

Da un ciclista ho trovato una bici pista usata (acciaio e congiunzioni), ben allestita (mozzi, guarnitura, serie sterzo e movimento Campagnolo, attacco Cinelli).

Il telaio pero' non ha decals/scritte/stemmi. Sembra sconosciuto.

Ho trovato solo delle informazioni sulla scatola movimento.

C'e' scritto "EO Medalist" e il numero di telaio "3108".

Purtroppo non ho potuto fare foto, ma nei prossimi giorni pero' ci ripasso e porto la macchina.

Qualcuno ha una qualche idea della provenienza del telaio?
