Grazie a tutti per i preziosi consigli

Sono passato dunque dall'avvocato che conferma quanto detto da alcuni di voi:

1) senza testimoni

2) senza verbale dei Vigili Urbani

non c'e' possibilita' di risarcimento!

E per chi non l'avesse salvato nella rubrica ecco il numero della municipale di Torino 011 4606060 (da tenere per scaramanzia)

a sentire ste cose si fa sange marcio...

poi dicono i telai pista....le downhill ci vogliono, altro che storie...
