I thought that the 3V frames were only made by Alberto Masi, starting from 1982, while this is signed by Faliero Masi.. mumble.. do you know the building year of this frame?

this frame from the end of 80s. And non Alberto or even Faliero made this frameset. It was made by Ted Kirkbride and Jim Allen in San Marcos, CA, USA. That time brand Masi was already sold to the american guys. So thats why True Temper and not Columbus)
