La stiratura ed il premontaggio su cerchio (con gonfiaggio) serve per ammorbidire i tubolari rendendone più veloce e meno bestemmia-prone il montaggio in caso di danneggiamento irreparabile del tubolare in uso.

La passatina di mastice serve ad aiutare l'incollaggio sui residui rimasti sul cerchio.

Nel mio caso, avere una Procedura alla quale attenenersi aiuta a stemperare l'ansia :D
