i don't like the aero-seat tube with no matching aero seatpost, but those engravements on the dropouts are really a touch of awesomeness, even if the frame itself is not something i'd call pretty.

total black is the old black, but still a nice build.

Thumbs up for 48x16 gearings, even if it has very few skidpoints (it's my gearing, but I'm not brakeless).
