Visto i rilanci e il tipo di tracciati, è un'idea del menga se metto su un paio di pedivelle più corte di una taglia?

dovresti fare l'opposto, aumentare la leva (cioè la lunghezza della pedivella). Penso sia la stessa cosa che fanno in MTB
