Unless you have written permission from eBay, use of the eBay name, logo, or screenshots isn't allowed on:

  • Promotional materials (for example, business cards, flyers, mailing labels, or store windows)

  • Websites

  • In your listing

  • On merchandise (homemade or otherwise), including, but not limited to:

    • Apparel

    • Toys

    • Office supplies & desk accessories (for example, mousepads, signage, or mugs)

  • Referring to eBay in a way that could lead someone to believe that you are sponsored by, affiliated with, or endorsed by eBay.

  • Registering or selling Internet domain names containing "eBay."

  • Framing or changing how the eBay website is viewed. This includes causing third-party content to appear above or around the eBay website.

secondo me comunque si possono attaccare al tram, stanno tentando di intimidirti, per vedere se ci caschi.

Hanno registrato eBay e non bay.

Che poi anche volendo si può registrare una parola generica come bay?
